Transformative 1 on 1 Coaching Sessions
Each session with Vanessa is 90 minutes. To receive the full value of this method it is recommended that you commit to an 8-session coaching package to support you through the entire program. You will be reading specific sections of the Calling in “The One” book each week and doing the exercises in that section before your coaching session. During your private sessions with Vanessa, she will guide you in identifying and clearing your barriers to love and then teach you how to open to attract your perfect partner and create happy, healthy love in your life going forward.
Vanessa is available to meet in person in Gaithersburg, Maryland with free parking. For those not able to travel to Gaithersburg sessions are held over the telephone or video calls.
Types of Services
One On One Coaching
Session Description:
One on One Coaching is the most custom designed form of coaching available and will cater to your needs in whatever step of your journey you are on. We will work to identify key patterns and beliefs that affect all aspects of your relationships.

Personal Group Coaching
Session Description:
The main focus of personal group coaching will be self-improvement in areas specifically requested by the group. The goal with self-improvement group coaching is to work on one key element per session followed by practice and behavior modification. It incorporates focusing on greater self-awareness, mindfulness of old patterns and constant reinforcement of new thought behavior. Group size is limited to 5 for maximum benefit. Pricing is per person.

Motivational Speaking
Session Description:
I’m available to speak at corporate, community, spiritual, and social events on teambuilding and mentoring.
